A property services company in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Resident Liaison Officer for an 18-month fixed term position. This role requires effective communication with residents and project stakeholders, ensuring concerns are addressed and needs met. Ideal candidates have experience in project administration, preferably within social housing, and must hold a clean UK driving license. Benefits include a company car allowance, health insurance, and 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.

We are looking for a motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Overhead team. You will be travelling in and around Tottenham area.
As our Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. The successful candidate willbe responsible forfostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met.
Working to deliver the best quality service,you’llbe responsible fora first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner.
You will haveexperience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration experience with a main contractor for planned works. It would also beadvantageousto have experience within a social housing environment.
Experience ofEasyBOPand SHDF and aLevel 3 in Customer Service or equivalent isdesirable but not essential to the role.
You must live within reasonable distance and hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months. We ask that you are also willing to travelbetween sitesif and whenrequired.
