Research Analyst & Content Writer are the core of the Chambers Careers research process, producing the research and content on the Chambers Associate and Chambers Student brands. Through effective interview techniques and data analysis, they gather insights on the legal profession from lawyers and market experts. The role involves in-depth interviews with junior and senior lawyers, as well as market experts, alongside data analysis, to produce detailed and engaging reviews of law firms and the legal profession.
They are responsible for researching the law firms and careers articles that are assigned to them. This includes gathering factual information – via online surveys, law firm submissions, market data or business press – and selecting appropriate interviewees to interview. They are expected to contribute to the wider success of the brands, taking part in blogging, podcast production, social media, campus outreach and events. They are a key point of contact for clients and are expected to maintain positive working relationships with these figures.
