Job description

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £33,592 - £46,189 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have some exciting opportunities for Repairs Team Leaders to join our teams covering the Cambridgeshire region.

We're looking for a leader to manage a high performing front line operational team and demonstrate value for money. You'll ensure all activities are undertaken in a safe way, whilst adhering to all Clarions policies and procedures and work to embed a customer focused approach to all areas of the service.

You'll predominantly be site based to supervise and monitor the work of a team of Trade Operatives to make sure they achieve defined objectives and standards. This includes providing guidance regarding best practice and relevant procedures whilst ensuring adherence to all Health and Safety requirements.

We'll look to you to coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs, tasks and activities for a specific trade or closely related trades, in accordance with defined requirements and time frames.

It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in leadership, coaching and performance management.
