InfoTrack UK is seeking a Remote Report Assistant to join its Production Department. This role is remote-friendly but requires candidates to be based within one hour’s drive of Coventry (CV1) due to regular travel to water authorities.
The position offers full training, provided equipment, and the opportunity to play a vital role in producing Regulated Drainage & Water Searches (RDWS) — essential reports used in property transactions. Role Overview
The Remote Report Assistant will compile regulated drainage and water searches by extracting data from water authorities, websites, and databases. You’ll ensure accuracy at every stage, input data into bespoke templates, and contribute to team performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow prearranged itineraries to attend water authority appointments
- Extract necessary data from water authorities and input into systems on-site where possible
- Compile Regulated Drainage & Water Searches using data from websites, databases, and documentation
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all reporting
- Provide advice and assistance to team members on technical matters relating to RDWS
- Proactively identify solutions to issues as they arise
- Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs
- Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Workload Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Technical Knowledge: Good geographical knowledge; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and office applications
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively
