• Proven estate planning or will‑writing experience.
• Empathetic nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relay complex legal information simply.
• Confidence in presenting to groups.
• Ability to consult and negotiate effectively.
• Full UK driver's licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments generated by the company.
• Gain referrals and self-generate at least 50% of new business.
• Discuss benefits of estate planning services.
• Draft legal documents supported by Co-op Legal Services.
• Deliver talks and seminars to community groups.
• Capture customer instructions using software.
