A leading outdoor education provider in Scotland is seeking enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Leaders to engage groups of children in activities such as climbing and cycling. You'll plan and deliver bespoke coaching sessions while ensuring quality service delivery. This role is seasonal, requiring flexible hours, including weekends. If you're passionate about the outdoors and youth engagement, we'd love to hear from you. A relevant qualification is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
Outdoor Activity Leaders
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to lead groups of children and young people in outdoor education sports and activities, such as climbing, hill walking, bushcraft, environmental education, skiing, cycling.

Creation of quality outdoor/indoor activities, alongside the planning, delivery and evaluations across Aberdeenshire, in a safe and professional manner.
Plan, design and deliver bespoke quality coaching sessions for target groups of children and adults.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
There is a requirement to work at weekends or unsocial hours when required.

This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
