Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for 16 regulatory leads to work in the Building Safety Division (BSD) within HSE.

As one of the Building Safety Regulatory Leads, you will lead and manage Multi Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) of regulatory partners i.e. structural safety, planning and fire risk specialists from local authorities, fire services and the private sector to scrutinise the building control applications, building and management of High Risk Residential Buildings (HRBs.)

Youwill be responsible for assessing compliance against the regulatory requirements and standards and making efficient and effective decisions to ensure compliance within the HRB functions.
