• Experience in a similar product, governance, compliance or regulated business role is essential.
• Experience with FCA-regulated environments and Consumer Duty requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product and governance packs for regular forums.
• Manage and update the live product register to ensure accuracy.
• Support audit preparation by coordinating content for audits.
