💰 Salary: £46,200 – £50,300 (Based on Experience)

📅 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

• Early: 07:00 – 15:00
• Late: 11:30 – 19:30
• Long: 07:00 – 19:30
• 1 in 6 weekends (12.5-hour shifts)
  💻 Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days a week

As an IMG Nurse Case Manager, you’ll provide clinical input to our operations team—reviewing medical records, guiding care plans, and managing high-risk cases. You’ll play a vital role in cost containment, evacuation & repatriation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to make life‑saving decisions.

• Support quality management and continuous improvement

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

Preferred Experience:
✔ Background in healthcare or medical insurance
✔ Familiarity with claims management
✔ Language skills (German or Spanish a plus!)

✅ Additional Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (NMC registration required)
• 5 years post‑registration experience in an acute field such as Emergency Care, ICU, or Prehospital Care
• Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Internet, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating as part of a team
• Dynamic and adaptable character
• Strong understanding of normal anatomy and physiology and the impact of disease, illness & injury
• Ability to undertake a 6‑month period of training and probation in one of the UK offices
