The successful candidate will provide a high standard of nursing care to meet the needs of patients with supervision and support from senior colleagues.
With plywood supervision, you do plan, implement and evaluate care based on our model of nursing ensuring that the needs of each individual patient.
The post holder will be responsible for the accurate recording of clinical observations and data related to patient care, ensuring that progress is maintained and assessed.
