Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a 9-bed property providing respite stays.
  • Oversee operations and develop strategies to enhance services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and exceed care standards.

Enthusiastic communication and interpersonal abilities

Education

Level 5 Diploma or equivalent in Leadership for Health and Social Care
