Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 15 bed Service that supports individuals with a range of complex needs (MH/ASD/LD).

The team at Kemble House are supported by our central colleagues from the PBS and Clinical team. With regular visits and training sessions for the team.

We are looking for a Manager who is:
  • Experienced as a Registered Manager
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
