Job summary

A prominent children's residential care provider in Burnley is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bed children's home. You will ensure high-quality, child-centred care while maintaining Ofsted compliance and leading a supportive team. The role offers a competitive salary of £51,500 – £53,000 per annum, along with a £7,500 Welcome Bonus. Opportunities for progression and support for Level 5 qualification are provided as part of a positive and inclusive culture. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure safeguarding.
• Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifications Required:

• Level 3 Children’s & Young Persons Workforce
• QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards) 🎓
  Experience in Years Required: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
