Job summary

A leading pump manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to manage key accounts in Northern England. This role involves generating leads for repairs, building customer relationships, and preparing sales reports. Candidates should possess a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and experience with SAP and Salesforce. Qualifications

  • Good engineering background with experience of After Sales Services & repair and maintenance of Pumps, Valves, & Rotating Equipment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Experience of using SAP & Salesforce would be of benefit.
  • Ability to work within company policy and procedure.
  • Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet required time schedules.
  • Knowledge of Sales and marketing of remote monitoring systems is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience of UK pump industry.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Able to work & travel throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

Position: REGIONAL SALES ENGINEER

Location: NORTH-EAST REGION (LEEDS)

We are looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to join our Engineering Services team, to manage key and general accounts within a designated area. Developing and maintaining close contact with customers / end users from project inception through to completion and to maximise the business potential for SPP through exceptional customer service. The Engineer would be responsible for growth development within their area and would be required to generate pump and rotating equipment repairs into our various service centres across the northern England region.

Key Responsibilities
