The Regional Director of Professional Services provides the strategic vision and leads service delivery for SER Group’s International Professional Services organization.

The leader is responsible for developing strategies and operations to deliver best‑class services (i.e. consulting and implementation services) to help customers accelerate their next generation ECM transformation. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery
  • Mentoring and coaching others
  • Partner with various teams around the organization, including: Sales, Product Management and Customer Operations, to ensure resources are aligned with short- and long‑term demand
  • Function as a customer advocate in routing information and responding to customer needs within the organization
  • Report on staffing, utilization, project health, and financial performance for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain up‑to‑date profiles of skills, knowledge, and competencies for the PS team
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current product offerings

Requirements and competences
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, in a similar technical field or in other business disciplines

  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and awareness of others as well as strong influencing skills
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to travel
  • Should be based in the UK or France
