Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational or regional management role.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team of managers.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Flexibility to travel across the region with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of cleaning services across all sites.
• Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with senior client stakeholders.
• Monitor and review monthly KPIs to ensure achievement of standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess quality standards.
• Oversee financial performance including reviewing P&L statements.
