The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Recycling Process Operator to join our recycling unit in Norwich. In this role, you will manage the recycling process and oversee a small team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plant. You will also coordinate material flow and support production schedules issued to the extrusion unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage recycle processing equipment within a manufacturing environment
  • Supervise and support team members within the recycling unit
  • Coordinate recycling product flow and issue materials to the extrusion unit
  • Monitor equipment performance and material quality
  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets
  • Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards
Shift Patterns & Salary
  • Monday – Thursday 06:00 am‑15:15 pm, Friday 06:00 am‑13:30 pm
  • £31,890.30 per annum
