Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for an Recycling Operative to join our team in Birmingham (B11).

Contract Details
  • Pay: NMW / NLW per hour via PAYE
  • Contract duration – minimum 3 months
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (8‑hour day with 30‑minute unpaid lunch)
  • Location: Must be able to commute to Birmingham (B11)
  • Possibility role could lead to a permanent position (TBC)
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out workshop‑based IT processes under instruction and supervision
  • Ensure all items received are recorded accurately and comply with current procedures
  • Maintain full audit trails throughout all operational processes
  • Achieve deliverables in line with customer service level agreements
  • Adhere to all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Assist relevant teams with stock control and inventory management
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar operational role or a smart, adaptable individual willing to be trained
  • Computer literate and comfortable with basic administrative tasks
  • Able to pass a DBS check
  • Strong attention to detail and process compliance
  • Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
  • Must be able to commute reliably to Birmingham (B11)
