Type: Full Time

Duration: Fixed Term – 12 Months

Location: Glasgow / hybrid

Working Pattern: +2 days working from the office, 3 days remote

Department: Recruitment

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Advisors to attract and identify top talent for our UK offices. This includes sourcing for roles in Finance, IT, Legal Support and Workplace Services. You’ll join us at an exciting time with significant investment in employer branding, EVP, and tools to support direct sourcing.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Strong ability to use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tool Beamery (desirable) for talent attraction.
  • Skilled in market mapping and building talent pools.

  • Tenacious and proactive with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A collaborative team player with a client‑focused approach.
