Recruitment Resourcer – GNA Axles

Location: GNA Group, Bromley, Greater London.

Role Overview: This is a candidate-focused, junior recruitment role, ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in construction recruitment. As a Resourcer, you will be the engine behind our desk, identifying and pre‑screening candidates, feeding leads to Senior Consultants and Account Managers, and supporting the smooth running of our recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, experience, and availability
  • Conduct daily candidate calls and follow‑ups, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Source, screen, and pre‑qualify candidates for live positions
  • Support Senior Consultants by feeding through CVs and candidate leads
  • Manage job postings across online platforms and social media
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment database
  • Provide administrative support, ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment regulations
