A regional charity supporting individuals with learning and physical needs is seeking a Recruitment Administrator. This hybrid role involves assisting with the recruitment process and maintaining relationships with candidates. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail. The Percy Hedley Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team. You will support the HR and Recruitment function of the charity by assisting with the recruitment journey for our applicants.
At Percy Hedley we are always looking for talented people to join the team and you will be a key player in this. You will work together with the Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Business partner to provide a comprehensive recruitment service to the foundation, publishing advert and finding the right candidates.
The successful candidate will truly be a people person, keen to speak with our candidates and to help facilitate every part of the onboarding process. Building and maintaining relationships is key to this role.
It is critical that the successful candidate has good attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of their work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also important as well as the ability to work constructively across teams and sites.
Experience of working within recruitment services in a relevant environment, such as health, social care or education is highly desirable. This is a hybrid role with 3 days working within the office and 2 days working from home, some travel to other sites and events will also be required.
