About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Research Manager to lead our Real World Evidence team. As pioneers in RWE, Ipsos has conducted over 100 global studies enrolling 250,000+ participants. The Research Manager will lead and execute a wide range of projects, collaborating with top-tier clients and experts, with a focus on direct‑to‑responder studies for impactful insights. By leveraging your expertise in study design and client management, this person will accelerate the growth of Ipsos' RWE offerings. As part of a close‑knit multi‑disciplinary team, the Research Manager will help ensure patient centricity and drive our ambitious growth targets.

About You
Essential skills
  • Experience in Real World Data / Non‑Interventional studies, including protocol writing and statistical analysis plans.
  • Expertise in primary data collection studies and secondary database studies.
  • Background in Epidemiology, public health, or related field (Masters or PhD preferred).
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in research methodologies, with a focus on AI‑based research tools.
  • Proficiency in AI‑enhanced research processes.
  • Experience with global or cross‑regional RWE projects.
  • Familiarity with digital data collection and analytics tools.
