Role Overview

As a Real Estate Lettings Manager, you will oversee the lettings department, lead a team of negotiators, and drive the growth of our dual lettings model. You will ensure smooth operations, high performance, and exceptional service for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor lettings negotiators.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Provide guidance and support on complex tenant or landlord issues.
Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop relationships with developers, corporate clients, and key property sources.
  • Monitor London market trends and recommend pricing or lettings strategy adjustments.
Operations Oversight
  • Ensure all properties comply with lettings law (Right to Rent, licensing, deposit schemes).
  • Oversee tenant referencing, contracts, and move‑in processes.
  • Implement and maintain systems for pipeline management, weekly reporting, and team workflow.
Financial & Performance Monitoring
  • Track departmental revenue, commission flow, and guaranteed rent performance.
  • Report to senior management on KPIs, lettings activity, and team performance.
Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Handle escalated issues from tenants or landlords.
  • Represent the agency professionally at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Skills & Experience
