A leading consulting firm is seeking a Principal Consultant for its Rail Advisory team. The role involves providing expert advice on rail projects and requires understanding the GB Rail industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects. We provide industry‑leading advice to national and local government, private rail companies, investors and industry bodies on a wide variety of influential projects from inception to delivery. Our work supports government reform of the rail industry, ensuring that it better serves passengers, taxpayers and transport companies.

All initial compensation, regardless of location, may be subject to change as skills, abilities, internal equity and geographic location are taken into account. In addition to base salary, all employees will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus. Please review the benefits section for more information on total reward. All full‑time employees are encouraged to spend 60% of their time either in the office or on‑site with clients. An employee’s typical work week consists of 37.5 hours.
