An innovative childcare provider in Leicester is seeking a Marketing Officer to plan and execute marketing activities aimed at boosting nursery occupancy and strengthening the brand. This is a newly created role based within our growingRAFAKidzHead OfficeteambasedinLeicester. TheRAFAKidz Marketing Officeris responsible forplanning and delivering marketing activity to raise the profile of the RAFAKidz Nursery Group and support keyobjectives: attracting high-quality staff,maintainingnursery occupancy, and strengthening the RAFAKidz brand. Acting as the main point of contact for RAFAKidz marketing, the role involves managing relationships with agencies and suppliers. Reporting to the Head of Services Marketing, the officer will also contribute to wider organisational marketing and engagement initiatives as needed.
A background in professionalmarketing within the Early Yearsor recruitmentsectorsisessentialfor this role.Experience in community/servicesmarketingisalsohighly desirable. We need youtohave a proventrack recordof delivering successful campaigns or appeals along with a good understanding of audience segmentation and customerjourneys. You will have theabilityto translate the Association’s work into engaging communications, deliveringcampaignson time and within budget.
Experience of using CRM (we use Salesforce) is essential for campaign management,analysisand reporting.A creativeproactiveproblem solver with excellent relationshipbuilding skills with a number ofstake willthrive in this role!
