BAM Nuttall is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join its infrastructure team supporting long term civil engineering projects across the Highlands.
This role suits an experienced quantity surveyor looking to work on large scale projects with a clear pipeline running to 2030.
You will provide commercial management support across major civil engineering projects.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and the wider commercial team.
You will manage subcontractor commercial activities, including payments and final accounts.
You will produce regular cost, value, and performance reports for senior management.
You will support risk and opportunity management and contribute to project strategy.
You will mentor junior commercial staff and support their development.
The role is initially based in the Inverness office.
You will later be based at a site office near Drumnadrochit.
Flexible working arrangements are supported.
A living away allowance is provided where applicable.
You should have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor.
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge is essential.
You should be confident working collaboratively with project teams and clients.
Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Working towards CICES membership or equivalent is desirable.
