About The Role

You will be responsible for working as a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region. Partnering with your Regional Director, you will help deliver excellent customer service, high quality standards and strong leadership for our people. You will coach, mentor and support Home Managers, analyse quality metrics, conduct audits, liaise with the Operational Quality team and develop focused service improvement plans with the quality team and Home Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Support a team of care home managers to deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor all aspects of service in the homes, analysing and using quality metrics.
  • Conduct audits and liaise with the Operational Quality team.
  • Partner with the quality team and Home Managers to develop and implement improvement plans.
  • Coach, mentor and support teams around clinical concerns and data analysis.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager or in a Quality role.
  • Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge base.
  • Experience leading audits (internal & external) and creating action plans.
  • Adaptability and ability to work across multiple care homes with differing requirements.
