A leading construction and engineering firm in Hereford is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality initiatives within their Power team. The successful candidate will develop quality strategies, manage audits, and ensure compliance with quality management processes. We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives within our Power team covering Wales and South West England. In this role you will drive a Right First Time culture by managing planning, coordination, submission, and compliance of all assurance activities, resolving assurance‑related issues, and ensuring implementation of quality management processes and improvement initiatives.
Balfour Beatty’s Power Transmission & Distribution teams work with regional, national and international electricity network owners and operators to provide technical engineering solutions across the full spectrum of the electricity grid, including overhead lines, cabling, substations and distribution networks. From scoping and feasibility, to design, construction and ongoing maintenance, our in‑house experts, flexible resources and industry‑leading innovations support customers in the development of some of the UK’s most ambitious power transmission and distribution projects.
