Key Responsibilities
  • Review files and activities within Front Office teams to ensure strong risk controls and effective processes.
  • Gather and assess management information (MI) from multiple sources to monitor performance and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate review outcomes clearly and in an accessible way.
  • Recommend process enhancements and improvements based on monitoring insights.
  • Understand and apply departmental policies and procedures.
  • Produce reports from oversight processes, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
  • Support resolution of audit findings and contribute to strengthening the control environment.
  • Manage team communications, including monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely, professional responses.
Qualifications & Experience
  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
  • Experience working collaboratively across different levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience producing or interpreting management information and reports.
Skills & Knowledge
  • A methodical and organised approach to work.
  • Familiarity with financial services systems (e.g., CRM, JHC Figaro, BITA).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with resilience and determination.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Diplomatic and professional in interactions.
  • Strong report writing skills with attention to detail.
