A family-run garden centre is seeking a reliable Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their finance team. This fixed term contract role starts in January 2026 and runs until March 2026. Key responsibilities include processing purchase invoices, maintaining financial records, and resolving invoice queries. Ideal candidates will have purchase ledger experience and be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our finance team on a fixed term contract starting early January 2026 to 31st March 2026.
This role is key to ensuring the accurate processing and recording of purchase invoices and maintaining well-organised financial records.
You will also assist with resolving invoice queries and liaising with suppliers where required.
The successful candidate will be computer literate, confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and comfortable working with large volumes of data. Accuracy, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous purchase ledger experience or an administrator looking to develop their skills within a finance environment.
