Role Description

This is a full-time position, with the successful applicant having a minimum 3 years experience in a residential sales environment and an additional 1 years experience in market appraisals. The Junior Valuer will assist with market appraisals, gather market data, support marketing efforts for property sales, and communicate with clients to understand their needs. Additional tasks include preparing property documentation, coordinating viewings, and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the sales process.
