Boots Opticians has just had its 4th record breaking year. Our Property team are delivering more new stores and store interventions that ever and our team is expanding.
Our Property Manager – Strategic Delivery will deliver our FY26-FY30 strategic growth plan via projects which will see Boots Opticians Portfolio expand by c70 schemes pa through both Core and Franchise ownership.
A National field based role reporting to the Head of Property.
This role is dedicated to Boots Opticians Property team, field based covering the UK, the role reports to the Head of Property.

The role will Plan, communicate, engage and deliver the Property & portfolio strategic growth plan via Projects Moose and Harris.
Project manage cross functional support office teams to deliver the 5 yr property growth and intervention plan, to time and on cost.
Key stakeholder influence and engagement with Boots UK property, Boots HCare & BOPS Support office team.
Enacts the portfolio strategy for Opticians including new practice openings, refits, rebrands, and relocations.
Takes a critical role in helping to translate the Property strategy into tangible plans, store formats and actions, delivered through contractors and BUK property teams.
Requirement to work closely with the Core and Franchise estate and Finance and Commercial.
Responsible for the close relationship with the BOPS Property Implementation Managers team and the Administrator role within Property.
Accountable for the relationship and management of all contractors and suppliers that work within Boots Opticians Property in strategic schemes.
Responsible for the planning, prioritisation and scheduling of stores within the BOPS property growth plans.
Responsible for the individual schemes design and plans, their contracting, costing and scheduling.
Experience in property leadership roles across a geography.
Significant exposure to Franchise and Company owned business models.
Diligent, planned, organsied and creative, able to translate strategic plans into store specific actions. Capability to design stores according to our model and make them a reality.
Commercially astute; Significant financial understanding of Finance, P&L, ROI and investment.
Strong, able to critically issues and deliver solutions at pace and challenge the business where required.
Experienced property professional who can bring a sharp focus to deliver the in year and 5 year future plans without line management.
Self starter, balancing autonomy with being accountable and resilient.
Builds strong internal and external relationships with influence and impact.
Work collaboratively but also independently at pace, within a framework.
Must have a Driving Licence.
