A leading law firm in Birmingham seeks a Property Litigation Associate to provide exemplary client service and manage financial aspects effectively. Ideal candidates will have over 1 year PQE in property litigation, be commercial-minded, and demonstrate strong financial management skills. This part-time role is perfect for self-starters who embody the firm’s values.

You will be based in our central Birmingham office and will ideally have at least 1+ PQE. Depending on your experience you will be working alongside David on more complex matters, as well as independently on your own cases. We trust our people to work flexibly in the way that works best for them, their teams and our clients. Our firm is set up to ensure everyone’s voice is heard, and mutual respect is shown by all.

Comprising over 20 dedicated Real Estate Disputes lawyers across our 13 offices, the team in Birmingham is led by David Marsden. He has extensive knowledge in handling complex litigation, is the co-author of “Enforcement and Debt Recovery: a Guide to the New Law” and is a part-time Deputy District Judge. The team specializes in commercial and residential disputes including FTT management orders, property insolvency, possession actions, dilapidations, consent to assign/sub-let, rent disputes, forfeiture, and property fraud.
