A reputable property management firm in Horsham is seeking a passionate individual to provide professional property maintenance advice to landlords and tenants. The role includes managing maintenance issues, key register, and coordinating with lettings offices. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a positive attitude towards service. Training is offered, making this an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a collaborative environment.
Basic Salary: £24,115
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2 days 9am-5pm, 3 days 9am-5:30pm

💬 Deliver personal, professional property maintenance advice to landlords and tenants
Manage property maintenance issues efficiently and ensure compliance with procedures
🔑 Maintain the key register and manage contractor database
Coordinate with lettings offices for end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy tasks
🏡 A good understanding of the lettings process is a plus, but training will be provided
