YieldMe is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a driven Property Agent who thrives on winning business, building instructions, and closing deals.
This role is perfect for an estate agent who enjoys generating stock, valuing property, negotiating sales but wants to do it in a more entrepreneurial, investor-led environment. You’ll lead sales of our property stock while also sourcing and securing opportunities for our nationwide investor base.
Win instructions & build stock to sell
- Proactively win new instructions from landlords, vendors, developers and professional contacts.
- Carry out market appraisals and advise sellers on pricing, strategy and demand.
- Build and manage a pipeline of saleable stock aligned to investor requirements.
- Convert enquiries, relationships and conversations into live sales opportunities.
- Create and manage all Rightmove listings.
- Represent YieldMe as a trusted, knowledgeable property partner in your patch and beyond.
- Negotiate offers and agree deals that work for vendors and investors alike.
Lead sales & investor transactions
- Manage the sales process from instruction through to agreed offer.
- Match properties to active investor demand and drive competitive outcomes.
- Handle negotiations confidently, maximising value and deal certainty.
- Liaise with solicitors, agents and stakeholders to progress transactions smoothly.
Source & secure opportunities for investors
- Identify and appraise high-performing student investment properties.
- Inspect properties and assess yields, demand and exit strategies.
- Use Searchland and Google Workspace to maintain a live acquisition pipeline.
- Present clear, data-led recommendations to the Managing Director.
Create compelling sales & marketing material
- Produce clear, professional deal packs and sales particulars.
- Collate comparables, photos, financials and investment summaries.
- Support investor communications through mailshots, listings and updates.
About you
- Proven experience as an estate agent, property negotiator or valuer.
- Confident winning instructions and building relationships from scratch.
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple deals.
- Full UK driving licence and own car required.

- Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 · Sat 10:00–14:00 (12 Saturdays per year)
