A UK-based university in Uxbridge is seeking a Network and Communications Manager to enhance the RADIANT network's sustainability in regulatory science for digital health. The candidate will manage stakeholder engagement and communications for this pivotal role while supporting initiatives in AI and healthcare. This full-time position has a salary range of £40,757 to £47,921, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. The RADIANT Network and Communications Manager will play a central role in building, coordinating, and sustaining the RADIANT network to enable its sustainability. The postholder will be responsible for facilitating collaboration between diverse stakeholders, growing the network, driving membership and engagement, shaping and delivering effective communication strategies, and ensuring delivery on RADIANT’s Priority 1 goals (grow the network and support the successful continuation of RADIANT regulatory journey projects).
The role will be focused on Work package 1 and support to all work packages, with primary responsibilities including stakeholder engagement, coordination of network activities, lead key communication outputs and operationalisation of the business plan for the sustainability of the CERSI. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of regulatory science in digital health and AI while contributing to a high‑impact, multidisciplinary initiative.
RADIANT is one of seven national Centres of Excellence in Regulatory Science and Innovation in human health. RADIANT CERSI focuses on advancing regulatory science and innovation in digital health and artificial intelligence in healthcare (AI). It is funded by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the Medical Research Council, Innovate UK, and the Office for Life Sciences. RADIANT aims to make Software and AI as medical device (S/AIaMD) safer, more trusted, inclusive, and sustainable, with a particular focus on outreach to innovators and in helping them navigate complex and dynamic regulatory frameworks. It also seeks to address critical challenges in this rapidly‑evolving field by fostering collaboration between innovators, regulators, academic researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers. RADIANT aims to create a sustainable network that drives knowledge exchange, develops best practices, and facilitates the responsible integration of AI technologies into healthcare systems.
Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary: Grade 7 from: £40,757 – £47,921 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £52,067 per annum inclusive of London Weighting through sustained exceptional contribution.
Hours: Full‑time
