  • Manage energy efficiency programmes and data.
  • Support compliance, manage data, and deliver funded retrofit projects.
  • Ensure the energy efficiency and retrofit programmes run smoothly.
  • Compile evidence for audits and coordinate reporting to funding bodies.
  • Support asset strategy activities, including property disposals and lease management.

More about the role:

AsProject Officer,you’ll be at the heart of our mission to create warm, safe, and affordable homes while driving forward our sustainability goals. This role is all about making things happen behind the scenes—ensuring our energy efficiency and retrofit programmes run smoothly and meet strict compliance standards. You’ll manage data, compile evidence for audits, and coordinate reporting to funding bodies, helping us deliver projects like the Warm Homes Social Housing Fundthat improve lives and tackle fuel poverty.

You’ll also support wider asset strategy activities, from property disposals to lease management, and work closely with colleagues, contractors, and residents to keep projects on track. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to juggle priorities will make you an essential part of a team committed to achievingEPC C for all homes by 2030and shaping the future of housing in South Yorkshire.
