About The Role

The role is a Project Manager position to work for our client within the financial sector. This is initially a 12 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration and optimization of their ServiceNow (SNOW) platform as part of a broader IT service management transformation. This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow migration programme, ensuring a seamless transition to the new environment while aligning with business requirements, compliance standards, and operational excellence goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ServiceNow migration project, ensuring alignment with strategic IT and operational objectives.
  • Manage all project phases — scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to BAU.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Service Management, Security, and Operations) and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Define project governance, track milestones, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee data migration, configuration management, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure all workstreams adhere to Coutts’ IT change and security standards.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and programme sponsors.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams post-migration.
About You
  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow migration, implementation, or upgrade projects.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integrations.
  • Background in ITSM / ITIL processes and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Solid track record of delivering complex technology projects within large organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • Strong project governance, risk management, and communication capabilities.
  • Experience working within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
Desirable Skills
  • ServiceNow certification(s) or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile PM.
