Project Manager - Bilingual (French/English) — CDE Group
Location: CDE Global Cookstown Location

Responsibilities
- Operate in line with the CDE Project Management framework to deliver allocated projects within the agreed scope, plan, budget, quality and time milestones.
- Maintain current knowledge of project management best practices.
- Facilitate and coordinate project closeout processes, including final project snags or outstanding works.
- Support processes within the Project Management Framework and product quality to better meet and set customer and market expectations.
- Contribute to value creation through project and programme processes and successful project delivery.
Customer relations
- Act as the single trusted point of customer contact for all assigned projects.
- Ensure awareness and compliance with all contractual arrangements; meet with the Business Development Manager and Customer as required to clarify points.
- Align expectations between stakeholders and ensure traceability between what has been agreed and delivered.
Timeline & Budget Management
- Communicate target project deliverables to all relevant business functions.
- Submit extensions of time where required and feasible.
- Manage project costs against planned budgets; keep finance aware of changes in forecast margins.
- Upsell and manage variation opportunities; ensure non-planned costs are covered by a variation order where possible.
- Take ownership of staged payment releases within each project.
Communications & Reporting
- Provide consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and requirements.
- Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies; report regularly as part of PM Governance.
- Voice of the Customer should be visible to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate through the correct channels to ensure proportionate management of issues.

Required Criteria
- A degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required
