Job description
The role

As a project manager, your job will be to help the team plan, execute, and complete projects. You will work closely with leadership and product engineers to identify requirements, clear blockers, report status, and maintain momentum.

The person

You are detail-minded; you think clearly and communicate crisply. You’ve spent 4+ years working on technical teams, ideally with 2+ years in a PM role alongside delivery responsibilities. You value rigour, iteration, and you know how to balance process and structure with backchannels and getting-it-done.

You will
  • Run day-to-day delivery for high-priority projects and workstreams
  • Communicate progress: weekly reports, risk and decision logs, and milestone reviews
  • Keep staffing and tracking clear: know who’s doing what and when
  • Iterate on process with the goal of maximizing focus, removing friction, and supporting our roadmap
  • Keep schedules on track and surface issues with options, not drama
  • Add simple tooling and reporting so progress is easy to see
You’ll need
  • 2–4 years delivering software projects, ideally with cross-team stakeholders
  • Technical credibility with engineers and an eye for scope, sequencing, and trade-offs
  • Structured habits around planning, risk management, and communication
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams or external partners to clear outcomes
We love
  • Background in engineering, product development, or technical implementation
  • Early‑team experience creating delivery practices that scale
  • A sharp communicator who keeps things simple without losing nuance
What you’ll get
  • Competitive salary and stock options
  • Private health insurance (Vitality)
  • Equipment allowance for your ideal setup
