Role Overview

This role is responsible for owning and delivering the roadmap by managing projects and tasks to ensure work is completed on time and aligned with overall objectives. It brings structure and clarity to previously unplanned or disorganized processes, while working closely with cross-functional partners such as data engineers and analysts. A key focus is on developing and enhancing analytics reporting capabilities and continuously improving delivery and operational processes to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project management process (JIRA) across Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and Data Operations including ticketing, requirements gathering, request process and time tracking.
• Documentation coverage of new products, data sources and outputs built by the Central Analytics team.
• Communication of development and delivery between teams and stakeholders.
• As a key member of the Central Analytics team, develop and maintain project management, documentation, fact-finding and request support across Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and Data Operations.
• Support QA delivery processes for SDK updates, MMP integrations, and campaign/event tracking to ensure clean and accurate data pipelines.
• Act as a bridge between data, user acquisition and developers to ensure requests are managed; enabling accurate attribution, fraud tracking and cost reporting.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required

• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience working with Data Engineering teams – able to communicate data needs, clarify requirements and collaborate on data source and pipeline improvements.
• Experience working in or with User Acquisition or performance marketing generally.
• Experience working with lots of requests from multiple sources.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to organising projects, settings and documentation.
• A sophisticated approach to navigating organisations and relationships.
• Skilled at explaining difficult concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA and project management.

Preferred

• Experience with MMP partners (AppsFlyer / Adjust).
• Experience in a mobile app / ad tech / gaming company.
