This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary, depending on skills and experience. We offer a competitive salary based on skills and experience, along with a bonus plus a hybrid working model.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for leading complex, high?value programmes and projects for major global clients, overseeing the UK Project Management function to ensure strategic alignment and consistent value delivery.

Acting as a senior leader within Bleckmann UK, this role connects internal teams, technology partners, and clients while driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key tasks:

  • Lead delivery of complex, high?value, multi?site programmes and projects to agreed time, cost, and quality targets
  • Oversee the UK Project Management function and ensure operational readiness across all sites
  • Act as senior client contact, maintaining strong relationships and driving solution?focused delivery
  • Drive automation?led improvements, digitalisation, and innovation across programmes
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering accountability and high performance
  • Partner with Operations, Automation, Engineering, IT, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless execution
  • Support programme scoping, bids, and client presentations for business development
  • Implement process improvements and best practices across project lifecycles

Profile:

  • Proven experience in programme or project leadership within logistics or supply chain
  • Strong understanding of fashion, retail, or lifestyle sector operations
  • Knowledge of automation technologies used in logistics and fulfilment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with global clients
  • Strong financial and commercial skills, including budget and profitability management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with digital transformation or warehouse automation projects
  • Project or programme management certification (MSP, PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Able to travel internationally as required
