A leading construction company is seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale multi-disciplinary commercial projects in London. The role requires a strong engineering background in MEP, proven commercial acumen, and experience managing MEP projects valued between £10-£50M. Responsibilities include managing commercial interests and compiling tender submissions.

Our team are looking for a Project Director to join the team in London.
Working as a Project Director – MEP you will effectively and professionally lead the delivery of large scale multi-disciplinary commercial projects, to ensure the delivery to time, commercial performance, governance and Skanska values are met during all phases of the project’s delivery.
