About You

  • Certification in project management is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of specific projects.
  • Creating timelines, milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective project planning.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure tasks align with project objectives.
  • Following up on the progress of action items and other tasks and reporting to the project manager.
  • Project facilitation and creating signpost lists.
  • Booking in delivery partners for respective workshops and programs.
  • Work closely with other departments/individuals to align project efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Supporting team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones.
  • Providing administrative support to project manager when necessary.
Resource Management
  • Ensure team members have the necessary tools, direction, and deadlines.
  • Manage resources, including personnel and technology, to support project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support in monitoring and managing project risks throughout the lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including team members and clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress during relevant meetings.
  • Ensure changes are well-documented and communicated to stakeholders.
Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and relevant records.
  • Updating and organizing project files, such as meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Using project management software to maintain charters and process flows.
Budget Control
  • Assist in obtaining and managing the project budget.
  • Monitor expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
  • Assisting the project manager with budgeting, logging expenses, and filing financial reports.
