Our UK ES&H team are looking for a PSL who will be dedicated to providing a number of key services to fee-earner colleagues within thepractice group. The role will require some interaction with clientsand professional bodies, but also colleagues at all levels, with afocus on our UK offices.

You will take the lead providing a vital service within key areasincluding training, research, and knowhow. As this is a highlytechnical and ever-evolving area of law, you will be responsible formanaging and contributing to our databases, updating precedents andknowledge management systems. You will build your external networkwithin the industry, ensuring we are at the forefront of all legal andlegislative developments that may affect our clients. The role willalso involve opportunities to work closely with our BD and marketingteams, to provide a value added service to existing and prospectiveclients through a range of training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
You'll have opportunities to work on cross-border matters,collaborating closely with our overseas teams on a range ofinternational work. You will support on business developmentinitiatives including knowledge management for clients, assistancewith client pitches from a knowledge management/value add perspective,preparing and disseminating tailored updates to clients andidentifying key horizon issues to help attract clients and cementexisting relationships, assisting with legal directory submissions.
You will ideally be a minimum of 5 years' PQE, qualified to practisein England & Wales, or an EU jurisdiction, with a proven abilityto effectively articulate, communicate and explain new areas of law toa wide range of stakeholders, including the ability to interact withand be accessible to people at all levels from trainees to partner.You will have strong organisational and time management skills, whichare key to providing an outstanding service to our clients and colleagues.
Our ES&H practice spans a number of disciplines, including Health& Safety; Environment; ESG; products law and recall; chemical,biocides and pesticides regulation; and corporate criminal defence.Experience across a number of these key areas is preferable.
