Job description
Production Team Associate (3rd Shift Molder)

C.A. Lawton Co., Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates for the 3rd shift. No prior foundry experience required; training will be provided.

Opportunity to work on quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. Hands‑on role with support and growth opportunities.

Pay & Schedule
  • $22.52 per hour and higher (based on position)
  • $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM (overtime as needed)
What You’ll Do
  • Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools
  • Produce quality castings through processes such as sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling
  • Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Other duties as assigned
