About the Role

We are now recruiting for a Production Operative to join our Manufacturing Team on a fixed‑term contract initially for 6 months. The role is based at Whitestone in our Hereford Site.

The working pattern for this role is 7.5 hours/day, working Monday to Friday, with an early start or a late finish, generally between 06:30 am and 09:30 pm.

The allpay Manufacturing Team is part of our allpay cards. Since its launch in 2008, allpay cards has become one of the fastest growing and most trusted brands in plastic card manufacturing in the UK.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will join a professional and dedicated team who pride themselves on delivering high‑quality goods on time.

Duties

• Load jobs to production machinery and operate the equipment to ensure the quality of the final product is always maintained.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and job sheets related to the production of goods with minimal supervision.
• Record and report equipment issues to the Senior Production Operative.
• Adhere to allpay procedures, accreditations and standards in all areas, including quality control, security, auditing and processing of goods in the department.

About You

Knowledge and background of working in a production or manufacturing environment will be an advantage, but is not essential.

You will receive full training, and there is a clear progression route and support available to become an Intermediate, and then Senior Production Operative.
