Job description

This role will be varied, with a busy production schedule including operation and cleaning of production equipment to maintain hygiene standards; preparation and dispensing of materials for production; accurate completion of production documentation as necessary; carrying out in-process control checks and completing any other reasonable operational duties, as required for the role.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up the manufacturing equipment and process safely and efficiently

Perform product changeovers to meet best proven practice

Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation

Ensure the area meets required hygiene standards

Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained and company policies and procedures

Maintain and sustain right first-time batch culture, by following BOM’s and weighing out correctly.

Qualifications & Experience:

Good communication skills and ability to work in team environment

The ability to cope with pressure

Previous experience working in a production environment preferred

Understanding of production processes preferred

Understanding of health and safety regulations preferred
