Production Operative - Temp to Perm

Location: Thetford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (after training: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Salary: £12.99 - £13.23 per hour

About the Role

Manpower is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing environment with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products, parts, and accessories to company specifications

  • Perform testing and soldering work, particularly within the Respiratory Department

  • Learn and accurately apply product codes

  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures and maintain a clean, organise workspace

  • Support housekeeping standards and ensure colleagues do the same

  • Challenge unsafe working practices and inappropriate activities

  • Assist with training other team members as directed by Area Team Leaders or Production Manager

  • Complete any other reasonable tasks as required
