We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Production Operatives to contribute to our bustling production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work diligently on a busy food production line, maintaining a consistent and high standard of product quality.
• Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring smooth production operations.
• Monitor and replenish the production line with required ingredients and packaging materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area, moving goods as needed to support production flow.
• Adhere to strict Food Safety and Quality guidelines to ensure product integrity.
• Follow stringent Health and Safety guidelines, identifying and reporting risks to management to prevent accidents.
• Report any issues with the production process or machinery to management promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in food production or a similar fast‑paced manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, high‑speed work setting.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
• Flexibility in working hours, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 07:00 to 15:45.
• Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays to meet business requirements when needed.
